What it is

UpFlow is Motivo's live sales floor management module. It replaces the whiteboard, the paper list, and the group text with a real-time rotation that every manager and salesperson sees simultaneously — on their phone, on a tablet, or on a screen at the desk.

What it does

Every salesperson marks themselves in or out of rotation with a single tap. When a customer arrives, they're logged and assigned instantly. The rotation updates automatically. Every entry — who logged the customer, when, which salesperson was assigned, and what happened next — is timestamped and stored.

When a salesperson starts a test drive, they log it in Motivo in seconds — vehicle, customer, time out. That drive immediately appears on DeskView and the manager's live feed. If the drive exceeds the configured time threshold, an automatic alert fires to the manager.
