Yes. Completely. No credit card is required at any point during the pilot. There is no automatic conversion to a paid account. At the end of 30 days, you make a deliberate, informed decision — with your store's actual data in front of you.
Your data is yours. If you choose not to continue after the pilot, we provide a full data export within 5 business days and delete your account within 30 days. No data is retained by Motivo Systems after that point.
Yes. You can move between tiers at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
No long-term contract is required. Motivo Systems is month-to-month. You can cancel at any time with 24-hour written notice.
Most dealerships are fully operational on Motivo within 48 hours of go-live. Setup is handled personally by the founder — you provide a staff list, we handle everything else.
