Not because they weren't trying. Not because they didn't care. But because the tools available to them were built around record-keeping and reporting — not around what's happening right now, on the floor, in real time.

A GM would walk into their store and have to piece together what was happening from three different conversations, a whiteboard that hadn't been updated since morning, and a CRM that showed yesterday's activity. Meanwhile, deals were stalling, vehicles were sitting, handoffs were getting dropped, and nobody had the full picture.

That's not a people problem. That's an information problem. And it's completely solvable.

So we built the solution.

Meet Malik Bush.

Malik Bush is the founder and CEO of Motivo Systems. Based in the Atlanta metro area, Malik has spent time inside dealerships across the Southeast — observing, listening, and documenting exactly how the floor operates and where the gaps live.

What he found wasn't a lack of effort. It was a lack of infrastructure. Dealerships were running sophisticated sales operations on consumer-grade communication tools — phone calls, group texts, and tribal knowledge passed between shifts. The information was there. It just wasn't organized, visible, or shared in real time.

Motivo Systems is his answer to that problem.
