Motivo Systems was born out of a simple frustration — watching dealerships full of talented, hard-working people operate without the visibility they needed to perform at their best.
Not because they weren't trying. Not because they didn't care. But because the tools available to them were built around record-keeping and reporting — not around what's happening right now, on the floor, in real time.
A GM would walk into their store and have to piece together what was happening from three different conversations, a whiteboard that hadn't been updated since morning, and a CRM that showed yesterday's activity. Meanwhile, deals were stalling, vehicles were sitting, handoffs were getting dropped, and nobody had the full picture.
That's not a people problem. That's an information problem. And it's completely solvable.
